Jonathan Felber is the owner and founder of Raven Claims Solutions & Investigative Services, Inc. Born in Florida, Jonathan moved to New York City at a young age. As early as fifteen years old, Jonathan worked in the field of private investigations. Working for his father’s Firm, Mark Felber Investigations, Jonathan quickly set himself apart as one of the most respected surveillance operatives in New York City and the tri-state area. Even while managing the entire surveillance staff and training a new generation of investigators, Jonathan continued to remain active in the field as clients would often specifically request him for more sensitive and high stakes assignments.  

Although, Jonathan always considered himself a “True New Yorker”, he is a Floridian at heart. In 2018, Jonathan returned to the Sunshine State where he founded Raven Claims Solutions & Investigative Services, LLC with his wife, Stephani Mercedes. The name is new, but the lifelong experience, the accolades, and the customer service Jonathan brings with him remains trusted and true.

Jonathan Felber has worked, either directly, or indirectly with large nationwide investigation companies and for most major insurance companies. His work has landed him in the court room on many occasions and he has been an integral part of favorable verdicts. The idea of exposing fraud and helping people in need is consistent with Jonathan’s core values, loyal and honest. When describing private investigators qualities,“loyalty and honesty” are often thrown around, however; these qualities hold true to Jonathan, which is reflected in his product. Working as an investigator for his entire life, Jonathan has been able to hone his skills and finesse, which result in above average success rates time and time again.
